Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton approving a one time lump sum merit payment for Municipal Court Presiding Judge Tyler Atkinson (Presiding Judge); approve a Third Amended Compensation Agreement for the Presiding Judge under the review provision of his current agreement with the City; amending the current agreement to authorize the Presiding Judge to perform magistrate duties for Denton County and to provide for an increase in severance pay, salary, and car allowance; authorizing the expenditure of funds; and providing an effective date.
