BACKGROUND
The Denton Energy Center (DEC) is an approved CIP project for DME. The DEC project within the Renewable Denton Plan, will assist in providing energy services and back up to renewable sources, when they are both in low and excess output. The DEC is a component of the City of Denton's future commitment to providing citizens with 70% of electricity from renewable sources of energy.
