Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Denton and Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., amending the contract approved by the City Council on November 16, 2021, in the not-to-exceed amount of $159,300.00; said first amendment to provide approximately 1,500 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer line for the Water Utilities Divisions for the Granada Lift Station Replacement Project; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 7574-008 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $204,500.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $363,800.00). The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (4 - 0).
