Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Closner Equipment Company, Inc., through the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing Network Contract # 685-22, for the acquisition of a cold planer and track paver for the Streets Department; and execute a contract with Closner Equipment Company, Inc., who is an authorized distributor of Dynapac North America, through the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing Network Contract # 685-22, for the acquisition of an asphalt roller for the Streets Department; providing the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 8230 - awarded to Closner Equipment Company, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,190,740.00).
