BACKGROUND

On December 7, 2010, City Council adopted an ordinance creating the Tax Increment Finance Zone No. 1 (Downtown TIF). Marty Rivers, the most recent chair, reached his term limit and is no longer on the Board. Hank Dickenson has served as vice-chair for several years, but also reaches his term limit at the end of 2017.
