BACKGROUND:

The purpose of the Final Plat is to create 137 residential lots, five common area lots, and a private street system to develop the site as a single-family residential subdivision. The Final Plat conforms to the Preliminary Plat approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 10, 2017.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
