Consider a request by Key Ventures for approval of a Final Plat of Lots 1-4 and CA-1, Block A of the Mission Street Offices Addition. Four commercial lots and one common area lot

 

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this plat is to plat four lots for commercial development and one common area lot. A preliminary plat was previously approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission for this site on March 8, 2017, which is intended to be developed as the first phase of an office park development.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted.  The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
