Title
Consider a request by McKamy Communities LLC for approval of a Preliminary Plat of Evers Way. The 36.02 acre site is generally located on the southwest corner of North Locust Street and Hercules Lane. (PP17-0013, Evers Way, Julie Wyatt).

NUMBER OF LOTS:
190 single-family residential lots
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the preliminary plat is to create 190 lots to develop the site as a single-family residential subdivision. Prior to development, approval of a final plat will be required.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
