BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this plat is to create one lot for commercial development. The property was preliminary platted in 2015 and has frontage on both Airport Road (Farm to Market Road 1515) and South Western Boulevard.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
