Title
Consider a request by Mark Peeples of Arthur Surveying for approval of a Final Plat of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block A of Country Club Acres. The approximately 8.62 acre site is generally located on the southeast side of Country Club Road and Brush Creek Road intersection in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas. BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the final plat is to create three platted lots from two unplatted tracts of land. All three lots have frontage on Country Club Road (F.M. 1830).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
