Consider a request by the City of Denton for approval of a Final Plat of the Hickory Creek Detention Addition, Lot 1, Block A. The 66.411 acre site is generally located west of Country Club Road and KCS Railroad, east of Fort Worth Drive, north of Ryan Road, and south of Bent Creek Park and Bent Creek Estate subdivision. BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this final plat is to create one lot of record from previously unplatted property. A preliminary plat (PP16-0018) for this project was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on October 12, 2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
