BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the preliminary plat is to create 79 residential lots and ten open space lots to develop the site as a single-family residential subdivision. The preliminary plat (PP16-0005) was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 10, 2017.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
