BACKGROUND

 

Adoption of this ordinance will formally canvass the election returns of the special election held on May 6, 2017 for a tax freeze for persons who are disabled and persons over 65.  A revised ordinance will be provided at the meeting reflecting any changes due to the Early Voting Ballot Board qualification of provisional ballots and/or overseas ballots.
