Title
Consider a request by ASG Harvest Hill, Ltd. for approval of a preliminary plat of Harvest Hill. The approximately 50.34 acre site is located north of Kings Row and south of Loop 288. (PP17-0009, Harvest Hill, Julie Wyatt)

NUMBER OF LOTS:
150 residential lots and two common area lots
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the preliminary plat is to create 150 residential lots and two common area lots to develop the site as a single-family residential subdivision. The final plat is being considered concurrently and must be approved prior to development.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
