Title
Consider a request by Astra Carmel, LLC for approval of a Final Plat of the Villages of Carmel, Phase 4B. The 27.9 acre site is generally located north of Pockrus Page Road, approximately 1,355 feet west of Swisher Road. (FP16-0024, Villages of Carmel, Phase 4B, Julie Wyatt)

BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the Final Plat is to create 105 residential lots and 2 common area lots in order to develop the site with single-family dwellings. The Final Plat generally conforms to the Preliminary Plat (PP15-0038) approved on February 24, 2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
