REQUEST:

Title

Consider a request by Andrew Osborne for approval of a Conveyance Plat of Rayzor Ranch South, Lot 1, Block B.  The 6.024 acre site is generally located west of Interstate Highway 35 at the future intersection of Panhandle Drive and Heritage Trail.  (CV17-0001, RRTC, Hayley Zagurski).

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this conveyance plat is to dedicate a lot for a future detention pond located in the Rayzor Ranch South development. Right of way is reserved for future extension of Panhandle Drive and Heritage Trail.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
