Title
Consider a request by Carmen Investments, Inc. for a Final Plat of Country Club Village, Phase 2-B. The approximately 12 acre site is generally located along the south side of Fairway Drive, just east of Clubview Drive (FP16-0035, Country Club Village, Phase 2-B, Julie Wyatt).

BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the Final Plat is to subdivide the property into 17 lots for single-family residential development. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a General Development Plan for the property on May 11, 2016 (GDP15-0002) and a Preliminary Plat on May 25, 2016 (PP15-0032).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
