Consider a request by CHP Holdings, LLP for a Final Plat for Ranch View Specialty Hospital Addition. The 11 acre site is generally located at the northeast corner of I-35W and Crawford Road. (FP16-0029, Ranch View Specialty Hospital, Julie Wyatt).

BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the Final Plat is to create eight lots of record to develop the site with medical uses. The Final Plat conforms to the Preliminary Plat approved on October 26, 2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
