The approximately 1.63 acre property is generally located at the southeast corner of South Locust Street and East Eagle Drive, within the Alexander Hill Survey, Abstract No. 623, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas. One multi-family lot

 

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this preliminary plat is to create one lot of record for a multi-family development. The property has frontage on South Locust Street, East Eagle Drive, and Dallas Drive, however access will be limited to South Locust Street. A Final Plat is required prior to development of the site.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted.  The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations and staff recommends approval.
