Consider a Final Plat of the Sherman Crossing Addition, Phase 2A. NUMBER OF LOTS:

104 single-family lots

 

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this Final Plat is to create 104 single-family lots within Phase 2A of the Sherman Crossing Addition. A General Development Plan (GDP) for Sherman Crossing (GDP13-0002) was approved on December 12, 2014, and the Preliminary Plat for Phase 2 of the Sherman Crossing Addition (PP15-0020) was approved on August 5, 2015.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted.  The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations and staff recommends approval.
