NUMBER OF LOTS:

One non-residential lot

 

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this plat is to create one non-residential lot to facilitate development of the City of Denton Hickory Creek Detention Facility. A Specific Use Permit (S14-0002) for this use was approved on May 6, 2014. A Final Plat will be required prior to development of the site.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations and staff recommends approval.
