Consider approval of a resolution amending Resolution No. R2009-015 by adding an alternate committee member to the City Council Ethics Committee; and providing for an effective date.

BACKGROUND
The Resolution before the City Council will create an alternate committee member to the City Council Ethics Committee in the event a committee member is unavailable due to absence, illness, recusal, or other legitimate grounds.
OPTIONS: Approve or deny the Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval.
