NUMBER OF LOTS:

Five non-residential lots

 

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this request is to create five lots for non-residential development. A Conveyance Plat (CV15-0003) for the property was approved on August 5, 2015. A Final Plat (FP16-0014) for all five lots is currently under review by staff.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with the requirements of the Denton Development Code, and staff recommends approval.
