BACKGROUND

On September 13, 2016, the City Council postponed its consideration of the Renewable Denton Plan's key items in order to review the circumstances surrounding the selection of The Brattle Group as independent consultant to review the Renewable Denton Plan for the City Council. City Staff is prepared to answer questions regarding the circumstances surrounding the selection of The Brattle Group.

ESTIMATED SCHEDULE OF PROJECT

Depending on other variables, such as permitting and weather, DME staff estimates work on the site to begin in late 2016, with anticipated completion of the quick-start generation facility by summer 2018.
