Hold a work session to discuss fundamental elements of urban planning. (Shandrian Jarvis)

BACKGROUND:
The intent of this work session is to provide an overview of the fundamental elements of urban planning for commissioners. The session will cover basic urban planning principles and common tools used to implement the comprehensive plan, including annexation, zoning and subdivision/platting. The session will also include a brief review of the typical land development and permitting process.
