BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this replat is to subdivide a single lot into two lots of record to accommodate a commercial development.

 

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION:

Texas Local Government Code requirements for public hearing notification have been met. No responses or inquiries regarding the notice have been received to date.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with the requirements of the Denton Development Code, and staff recommends approval.
