NUMBER OF LOTS:

43 Residential Lots and one open space lot to be dedicated to the City of Denton.

 

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of the Final Plat is to create 43 residential lots and one open space lot to be dedicated to the City of Denton. The proposed plat generally conforms to the Preliminary Plat approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 13, 2016.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with the requirements of the Denton Development Code, and staff recommends approval.
