Denton Municipal Electric (DME) has identified several projects that are critical to maintaining reliability and allowing Denton to continue to grow. Reconstruction of the Underwood Substation is one project that is necessary. The need for a substation in the vicinity of the above described area (EX 1), in the City of Denton, Texas, has been identified and shared with closely impacted landowner representatives.
