Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc., for the design of traffic signals at the intersections of Loop 288 and Duchess Drive, Hickory Street at Avenue B, Prairie Street and Bell Avenue, and Eagle Drive and Bernard Street for the Development Services Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 8377-001 - Professional Services Agreement for design services awarded to HDR Engineering, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $203,340.00).
