Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton providing for acceptance of an eligible non-annexation agreement for agricultural, wildlife management or timberland use property within an area of land adjacent to and abutting the existing city limits of the City of Denton, Texas, generally identified as DH-7, consisting of approximately 143 acres of land located on the east and north sides of Teasley Lane, south of Teasley Harbor Subdivision and west of Southlake Drive; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
