The Planning and Zoning Commission voted [5-0] to recommend denial of the request. Motion for denial by Commissioner Dyer and seconded by Commissioner Riggs. (PD23-0001e, Denton 195 Planned Development Overlay, Angie Manglaris) A SUPERMAJORITY VOTE OF THE CITY COUNCIL IS REQURIED TO APPROVE THIS ZONING CHANGE REQUEST.
