Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, appointing an Interim Municipal Judge to serve as the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Court of Denton for the remainder of the current term ending on September 30, 2026; approving an agreement in substantial form setting the compensation and terms for the Interim Presiding Judge with an effective date of May 18, 2026 and ending date of September 30, 2026; authorizing the Mayor to execute said agreement; authorizing the expenditure of funds; and providing an effective date.
