Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager, or their designee, to execute an interlocal agreement with the University of North Texas, under the Texas Government Code, Chapter 791, to authorize an economic feasibility study for unmanned aerial systems in the City of Denton; and declaring an effective date. The Airport Advisory Board recommends approval (4-0).
