Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute an interlocal agreement with the Town of Little Elm, under the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 791, to authorize the City of Denton to provide public safety radio subscriber support services and fire alerting support services to the Town of Little Elm; and declaring an effective date.
