REQUEST:

Title

Consider a request by Kent Key for approval of a Preliminary Plat for the Mission Street Offices Key Ventures 1 Addition.  The 4.7 acre site is generally located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Fort Worth Drive and Mission Street.  (PP16-0025, Mission Street Addition, Hayley Zagurski).

NUMBER OF LOTS:

Nine commercial lots and one common area lot

 

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of the preliminary plat is to subdivide three unplatted tracts into ten lots of record for development. A final plat will be required prior to development. Five of the lots do not have frontage on public right of way and will be accessed by means of a public access easement.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted.  The proposed plat complies with the all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
