Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a contract between the City of Denton and Civic Plus, LLC, amending the contract approved by Purchasing on March 20, 2026, in the not-to-exceed amount of $66,830.60; said first amendment for an additional plug-in to the City’s existing website, known as DocAccess, to support compliance in accordance with new government accessibility guidelines for Marketing and Communications; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 9018 – providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $69,599.39, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $136,429.99).
