Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manger to execute an interlocal agreement between the City of Denton, Texas, and Denton County, Texas, for the holding and dispositioning of animals and the collection of fees pursuant to the provisions of said agreement; authorizing the City Manager to perform all obligations of the City under the agreement; and providing an effective date. The Animal Shelter Advisory Committee recommends approval (5-0).
