Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Terracon Consultants, Inc., for the construction materials testing of Fire Station #5, Fire Station #6, and the Solid Waste Fleet Shop for the Capital Projects Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 7703-006 - Professional Services Agreement for professional services awarded to Terracon Consultants, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $228,838.00). The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (6 - 0).
