Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, A Texas Home-Rule Municipal Corporation, authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an Inter Local Agreement between the Town of Argyle, Texas; and the City of Denton, Texas, for the location of a traffic signal partially within the territorial limits of Argyle, Texas, to be maintained by the City of Denton in accordance with its standard policies and procedures for traffic safety.
