Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager, or their designee, to execute a solid waste disposal contract with Parker Waste Services, LLC providing for delivery of guaranteed tonnage to the landfill in exchange for a discount disposal fee; and providing an effective date.
