Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton prohibiting right turn movement at the signalized intersection where the approaching traffic is facing a red signal light and U-turn where the approaching traffic has no traffic control signs; a repealer clause; providing a savings clause; providing for penalty not to exceed $200 for violations of this ordinance; providing that violations of this ordinance shall be governed by chapter 18 of the code of ordinances of the City of Denton; and providing for an effective date.
