Consider a request for an exception to the limitations imposed by Section 17-20 of the City of Denton Noise Ordinance for the purpose of The Village Church service held in North Lakes Park located at 2001. N. Windsor Dr., on Sunday, April 23, 2017. The exception is specifically requested to have amplified sound on a Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Roy Onyebetor, connections minister for The Village Church, requests an exception to the noise ordinance for amplified sound for their church service and picnic held in the North Lakes Park, 2001. N. Windsor Dr., on Sunday, April 23, 2017.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval.
