Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.087.
Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding a proposed Downtown Reinvestment Grant for 421 E. Oak. This discussion shall include commercial and financial information the Economic Development Partnership Board has received from 421 E. Oak, a business prospect which the Economic Development Partnership Board seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the city, and with which the Economic Development Partnership Board is conducting economic development negotiations, including the offer of financial or other incentives; deliberate the Downtown Reinvestment Grant for 421 E. Oak.
