BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the final plat is to create one lot of record to develop the site with a commercial use. The proposed final plat generally conforms to the preliminary plat approved on July 13, 2016 (PP16-0003).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The technical requirements of the plat have been met, and the plat is in order as submitted. The proposed plat complies with all subdivision regulations, and staff recommends approval.
