Body

BACKGROUND

On February 23, 2016, the City Council held a work session regarding the City Council Rules of Procedure.  The City Council reached a consensus during the work session to revise the Council Rules to receive all citizen comments at the beginning of each regular City Council meeting using a process of prior registration.  Council determined to receive up to five (5) speakers and allow each speaker up to three (3) minutes each for all items the speaker might desire to address.  The Council Rules of Procedure have been revised to address this Council direction.
