Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Denton and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., amending the contract approved by City Council on February 23, 2021, in the not-to-exceed amount of $461,100.00; said first amendment to provide design services for the Ryan Road Widening Project for the Capital Projects Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 6590-097 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $1,238,265.15, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,699,365.15). The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (6 - 0).
